The first frost dates for this area of Maryland range from October 11th to 29th, so I plan on harvesting our potatoes and sweet potatoes next week. As I was picking some tomatoes last week I saw the little potato you see above sticking out of the ground; let’s hope the rest of the potatoes are significantly bigger.
